 To provide attractive risk adjusted returns to accredited investors through investing in a pipeline of multifamily and single family, build to rent development projects. 

 Based in Atlanta, GA, Mill Green Capital ("MGC") and its predecessor Mill Green Partners ("MGP"), collectively referred to herein as Mill Green, were founded  by real estate veteran, Greg Fox. Mill Green has strategic relationships with several experienced developers of multifamily communities and a developer of single family, build to rent ("BTR") communities, otherwise known as the “Development Companies.”  Since 2015, funds sponsored by Mill Green have made multiple investments in the development projects of the Development Companies. 

Mill Green raises equity capital through accredited investors who purchase limited liability company (“LLC”) membership interests in funds sponsored by Mill Green. These funds invest in LLC interests in the development projects of the Development Companies with the strategy of the funds’ liquidity coming from the sale of the development project.
