Greg Fox - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fox is the Chief Executive Officer, founder and majority principal of Mill Green Capital, LLC, founded in 2023 and Mill Green Partners, LLC, founded in 2014. He has close to 40 years of real estate industry experience in the areas of financial reporting and compliance, investment reporting and analysis, fund structuring and administration, cash management, financial planning, development evaluation and oversight and capital activities including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. His experience also includes raising debt and equity capital in both the public and private sector as well as mergers and acquisitions. His prior experience includes CFO positions with Post Properties, Inc., Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Cortland Partners, LLC and BSR Trust, LLC. He started his real estate career at Price Waterhouse. He was formerly a licensed Certified Public Accountant, currently inactive, and obtained a BS in Business Administration from Murray State University and completed post graduate studies in accounting and finance at Georgia State University as well as the Executive Education Program at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
Jeff Sherman - Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Sherman is the Chief Investment Officer and a principal of Mill Green Capital, LLC, primarily focusing on the structuring and underwriting of MGC's new investments and the asset management of existing investments. He also serves as a principal of Prosper Multifamily, a real estate investment firm making preferred equity investments in new construction projects and providing acquisition capital for existing properties. During his 20+ year career in the apartment sector, he has overseen the acquisition, development and mezzanine/preferred equity investment of more than $6 billion of multifamily properties in excess of 30,000 units across Sunbelt cities. His prior experience includes serving as the President of Multifamily for Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. and positions with various multifamily developers including Novare Group and Lane Company. He obtained a B.S. in finance and management operating systems from the University of Georgia and also a Master's degree in real estate from Georgia State University.
Brian Grasso - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Grasso is the Chief Financial Officer of Mill Green Capital, LLC and Mill Green Partners, LLC. He is also a principal of MGC. He has 20+ years of real estate industry experience primarily in the areas of accounting, reporting and administration for REIT’s and large funds with institutional investors. His prior experience includes positions with State Street, formerly part of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors, Inc., Merrill Lynch in their wealth management division and Ernst & Young. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and obtained a BBA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
Stuart Coleman - Executive Director of Investments
Mr.Coleman is the Executive Director of Investments and a principal of Mill Green Capital, LLC, primarily focusing on the underwriting of MGC's new investments, the asset management of existing investments and market research. He also serves as a principal of Prosper Multifamily, a real estate investment firm making preferred equity investments in new construction projects and providing acquisition capital for existing properties. During his 10+ year career in the apartment sector, he has overseen the acquisition of approximately 12,500 apartment units, representing over $3 billion of total capitalization. His prior experience includes serving as Vice President-Acquisitions for Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. He obtained a B.S. in real estate and management from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC.
